Faces of Bolivia

PURE air, BEAUTIFUL scenery, INSPIRING people, just a few of the adjectives I used to describe my experiences in Bolivia. My faces of posts aren’t about words but simple images which speak of the people I meet on assignment. I hope you enjoy them. Action Against Trafficking Body Parts

For a couple of years now, a good friend of mine has been raising awareness of a particularly disturbing practice which is taking place in Mozambique and South Africa. So-called ‘witchdoctors’ are seeking human body parts from live victims to be used in their medicine.

He aims to capture compelling images that reveal the human side of the issues faced by many people in developing countries, whilst preserving their dignity and courage as they struggle through difficult circumstances.
